At the MTC

Today we dropped Elder Wilkins off at the MTC.  It was bittersweet.  We are excited to read about the changes in his lives, and the opportunities he has to share the gospel.

We hadn't even gotten home before we received his first email:

Well, I'm here. I just finished orientation for the gym. It's really really cool here, but our teacher, Brother Hales, is just throwing the Russian at us already. I can catch a word here and there though.

I'm in a threesome with Elder Schick from Kaysville and Elder Miller, who I have yet to meet. I'm sitting next to an Elder headed to Novosibirsk, and there are a few sisters in our class as well. There's not much else to say except that there are six beds in our tiny lil room, so I'm def looking forward to that. Love ya
